About the challenge

Build With AI Hack Days @BAU is a fast-paced, in-person mini hackathon where undergraduate students from across Dhaka come together to build real AI-powered apps using Google's newest developer tools, in a single afternoon.

Things you need to know about the program:

• A whole day program on August 22, 2026
• Free registration
• Food will be provided on the event day
• $200 prize pool

This isn't just a workshop. You get tools, credits, and time to build something that actually works and ships. Whether you're solving a local problem, chasing a wild idea, or just want to see how far agents can take you; this is your runway.

Participants get hands-on access to Google AI Studio, the Gemini API, and Google Antigravity — Google's agent-first development platform, where agents plan, execute, and verify entire tasks across your editor, terminal, and browser.

No prior AI experience needed. Bring your laptop and your ideas.

• You don't need to have any prior coding experience
• You have to bring a laptop with you 
• You should be passionate about your idea 
• You should be present the whole time during the hack day  

How to register

• Create a Lattu.ai account (Mandatory)

  • Sign up via app or web using this link.

  • Use an active email address you check regularly.

• Complete the Google Form

  • Fill out the form at: https://forms.gle/c38RRT9h3pFr1doC7

  • Spend at least 30 minutes on your answers.

  • Enter the exact email used for your Lattu.ai signup.

  • Mismatched emails might result in rejection.

• Form Your Team (Optional)

  • You can participate solo or in teams of up to 3 people.

  • List your preferred teammates in the form.

  • Pro Tip: Provide student IDs for at least 5 potential teammates to maximize your chances of being paired together. Selection of chosen teammates is not guaranteed. Note that your potential team members must fillout the form.

• Evaluation & Selection

  • Applications are judged on answer effort and depth of interest.

  • Organizers' decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

• Notification (By August 20, 2026)

  • You will be notified of your status via email and phone call.

  • You will learn if your requested teammates were selected.

  • If selected without your preferred teammates, you may compete solo or ask organizers to assign you a team.
